There are two reasons for the absence of copy images, one is that the connection of the charging or transfer electrode to the high voltage transformer is damaged, and the other is that the high voltage transformer itself is damaged. When checking, open the back cover of the machine and remove the electrode socket. After pressing the copy start button, the metal part of the electrode socket is touched with the metal frame of the machine. If the discharge lamp is found to be a fire, it proves that the electrode is good. If there is no discharge and ignition, the output of the high voltage transformer is defective and needs to be replaced. If both electrode sockets have discharge and sparking, it means that the high voltage transformer has no problem, but the connection between the socket and the electrode is poor, or the electrode itself has leakage and poor contact and should be repaired.
