Esta data surgiu em 1975 para celebrar as importantes contribui\u00e7\u00f5es e conquistas das mulheres nos dom\u00ednios econ\u00f3mico, pol\u00edtico e social. Hoje, enquanto mulher, independentemente de quem sejas ou do teu trabalho, ser\u00e1s tratada com igualdade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 No passado, as pessoas sempre preferiam os rapazes \u00e0s raparigas. Achavam que os rapazes se sa\u00edam melhor do que as raparigas no trabalho social. Havia tamb\u00e9m muita discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o contra as mulheres naquela \u00e9poca. Mas algumas mulheres n\u00e3o se conformaram e afirmaram: \u00abN\u00f3s somos capazes!\u00bb Depois de anos de luta, em 1975, as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas come\u00e7aram a celebrar o Dia da Mulher a 8 de mar\u00e7o e a reconhecer a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres comuns na luta pela igualdade de participa\u00e7\u00e3o na sociedade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Hoje, na ASTA, todas as mulheres ter\u00e3o meio dia de folga. Isso significa que esta tarde haver\u00e1 apenas um homem no escrit\u00f3rio.
